1. The submitted research paper or review study must fall within the scope of the journal.
2. The submitted research paper or review study must not be under review or consideration by another journal.
3. The corresponding author must provide a written commitment not to submit the paper to another venue after submission to the journal.
4. The similarity index must not exceed 20%. If the paper is derived from a master’s or doctoral thesis, the similarity index must not exceed 30%.
5. The author must adhere to recognized ethical and scientific standards.
